Savory Cucumber Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 sm. white onion
- 1 med. cucumber
- one 3-oz. pkg. lime flavored gelatin
- 3/4 C. boiling water
- 1 C. cottage cheese
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. slivered almonds
Directions
Peel onion and grate until you have 2 tablespoons. Grate cucumber until you have 3/4 cup. Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in onion, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise until well blended. Fold in cucumber and almonds. Pour mixture into 1-quart mold. Refrigerate until set.
