Savory Herb Butter
Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter, room temperature
- 2 Tbs. curry powder
- 1/2 C. chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 Tbs. dried oregano
- 1/2 Tbs. dried basil
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. It should be used within a week and kept refrigerated.
