Savory Herb Butter

Curry powder, chili sauce and lots of herbs add a punch of power to regular butter. This is good served with any type of beef or with crackers and bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter, room temperature
  • 2 Tbs. curry powder
  • 1/2 C. chili sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 Tbs. dried oregano
  • 1/2 Tbs. dried basil
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. It should be used within a week and kept refrigerated.
