- 2 C. pecan halves
- 2 med. green onions, chopped (2 Tbs.)
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
Heat oven to 300 degrees. In small bowl, mix all ingredients. In ungreased 15 X 10 X 1-inch pan, spread pecans in single layer. Bake uncovered about 10 minutes or until pecans are toasted. Serve warm or cool completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 weeks.
