  • Sirloin:
  • 4 choice sirloin steaks
  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • 1 Tbs. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • Rosemary Pesto sauce:
  • ¾ C. fresh rosemary, stems removed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ C. parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 C. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce (optional)

Preheat grill to high heat setting. Rub each sirloin steak with salt, pepper and chili powder. Once grill is heated, grill steaks for 5 minutes on each side or until reaches desired temperature.

In a food processor, add rosemary, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Process using the knife blade. While it is processing, pour in olive oil. Process for 1-2 minutes. Serve on the side or on top of the sirloin steak.
