  • 24 button mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 oz. crabmeat
  • ¼ C. breadcrumbs
  • ¼ C. red peppers, diced
  • ¼ C. yellow onion, diced
  • ¼ C. celery, diced
  • ½ C. gouda cheese, shredded
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. old bay seasoning
  • ½ T. butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Drizzle the aluminum foil with olive oil. Set aside. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except for the gouda cheese and breadcrumbs. Scoop the mixture into the button mushrooms. Top them off with the shredded gouda cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake them for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
