Ingredients
- 1/2 C. green onions, chopped
- 1 C. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 C. milk
- 1 17-oz. can cream style corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 15 1/4-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
Sauté green onions in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
