Scallop Chowder
Ingredients
- l pint scallops
- l/2 C. chopped onion
- l qt. scalded milk
- l potato, diced
- l/2 Tbs. salt
- 4 Tbs. butter
Directions
Melt the butter. Add scallops and simmer 5 minutes. Add two cups boiling water, onion and potatoes. Cook 30 minutes. Add milk and cook l0 minutes longer. Serve hot.
