Scalloped Corn

This is a corn casserole that I've had every Thanksgiving of my life!

Ingredients

  • 3 cans creamed corn
  • 2 sleeves saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 C. flour
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 C. milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small casserole dish with butter. Melt the 1/2 stick of butter, add the saltines, the flour and the milk, stir well. Beat the eggs, and then add to the cracker mixture. Add the creamed corn, stir well, and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degreesĀ for 90 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the casserole.
