Scalloped Oysters

Ingredients
- 1 pt. oysters
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 C. crumbs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbs. cream
- 4 Tbs. oyster liquid
Directions
Place a layer of crumbs in a buttered baking dish. Add a layer of oysters. Season with salt and pepper and dot with butter. Add another layer of crumbs, then more oysters and season as before. Pour over cream and liquid. Cover with another layer of crumbs. Bake in moderate 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
