Scalloped Potatoes and Corn
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes - diced
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 C. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions
Butter baking dish, place a layer of diced potatoes, then a layer of corn. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used. Pour milk over top and place in medium (350
degree) oven. Bake 1 hour our until potatoes are done.
Makes 6 servings.
