Scallops and Rice
Serving Size / Yield
- 10 scallops
- fresh pepper
- 1/2 tbs sesame seeds
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/4 chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
In a skillet on medium high heat, add in a tbs of butter and red pepper.
Saute for a minute and add in scallops, sesame seeds, and pepper.
Let scallops cook for a few minutes, add in another tbs of butter and flip over.
Cook for a few more minutes, making sure to coat scallops in seeds.
Serve with white rice on the side.
