Scallops Wrapped In Prosciutto
- 1 lb. frozen scallopes, thawed (about 12 scallops)
- 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 Tbs. mixed olive bruschetta
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel and season with bruschetta, covering all sides. Take each scallop and wrap it in a piece of prosciutto. Place seam side down in a buttered baking dish. Keep them a couple inches apart from each other. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until opaque.
