Scotch Shortbread

Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- l C. butter
- l/2 C. brown sugar
Directions
Mix sugar and flour and add butter. Mix thoroughly. Mold into ball. Toss onto floured moulding board. Roll to l/8-inch thickness. Cut into diamond shapes. Prick top with a fork. Bake on greased baking sheets in a moderate 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
