Heat the oven to 400 degrees. In a skillet, cook the bacon for 4 to 5 minutes, so it’s flexible but not raw. While the bacon is cooking, use a circular cookie cutter to cut two circles out of each slice of bread. Grease a muffin tin and lay a circle of bread in the bottom of each muffin cup. Wrap the bacon around the edge of each muffin cup and sprinkle the cheese on top of the bread. Carefully crack an egg into each cup. Bake them for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the whites have set and the yolk is cooked.
