  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 20 mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 pound sliced bacon, halved

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Take out a medium bowl and combine green onions and cream cheese. Use this cheese mixture to stuff mushroom caps. Wrap each stuffed mushroom with a half-slice of bacon. Place toothpicks down the middle of each mushroom to secure. Put mushrooms on a baking sheet. Bake until bacon is cooked through, which should take about 20 minutes. Serve.
