  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1⁄2 yellow onion
  • 1 T. garlic salt
  • 1 lbs. beef, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lbs. Spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
  • 2 C. ketchup
  • 1 C. water
  • 1⁄2 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 5 T. brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 T. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1⁄2 T. onion powder
  • 1/2 T. paprika
  • 1⁄2 T. ground mustard
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and place pepper and onion. Stir in the garlic salt and add the BBQ sauce. Mix meat with egg and begin to form meatballs. Place them in the skewer and dip them in the mixture. Let the meatballs simmer for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, fill a pot with water and place spaghetti in it and cook for 7 minutes. Combine all the BBQ sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil for about 40 minutes. Pour this sauce in spaghetti.
