  • 1 package frozen puff pastry
  • ⅓ C. pizza sauce
  • ½ C. mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 olives
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • fresh oregano or basil to garnish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove frozen pastry sheets and set aside for about 30 minutes. Once they unfold, cut each sheet into 9 pieces. You should try to cut down the fold lines and then cut each row into three equal pieces. Place the 9 pastry squares on a lightly greased baking sheet and then pour a spoonful of pizza sauce into only the center. Sprinkle each square with shredded mozzarella, and top with olives and tomatoes. Garnish lightly with oregano and basil. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
