  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 6 Tbs. olive oil
  • 4 Spanish-style pork cube steaks
  • 5 oz. yellow onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. adobo seasoning (Spanish seasoning)

Preheat a large skillet for 2-3 minutes then pour two tablespoons of oil into the pan. Place pork steaks in the pan and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Remove the pork steaks and set aside onto a serving dish. To make the sauce, reduce the heat under the pan and add the rest of the oil, the onions, adobo seasoning and garlic. Add the juice of half of the lemon and cook for 5-6 more minutes. Pour the sauce over your pork steaks and enjoy!
