Sea Salted Sweet Potato Chips
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 sweet potatoes, sliced very thin
- 2 T. olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Toss sweet potato slices with oil and salt. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, flip chips, and bake for 1 more hour. Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 10 minutes to crisp up.
