Seafood Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. mussels
- 1 lb. scallops
- 2 lb. fettuccine noodles
- 3 jars Alfredo sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 stick butter
Directions
Lightly saute all seafood in butter and crushed garlic for 5 minutes. Boil the fettuccine. When the fettuccine is done, drain well and toss with Alfredo sauce. Once seafood is done, drain in a strainer, add to the fettuccine and top with fresh parsley.
