  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 C. shallots, minced
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black
  • 2 C. grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 lb. mussels
  • 1 lb. clams
  • 1 lb. shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 1 lb. calamari
  • 2 C. white wine
  • 1 lb. crab
  • ½ C. green onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. linguine
  • ½ C. Parmesan
  • ¼ C. fresh basil
  • 1 C. parsley

Cook linguine according to directions and set aside but keep warm. In a large sauté pan heat oil and then cook shallots and chopped garlic while seasoning with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes to the mixture and cook for 1 minute then add mussels, clams, shrimp, and calamari sauté for another 2 minutes. Pour in white wine and bring everything to a simmer until shells open. Add in the crab and green onions and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add pasta to mixture then Parmesan and basil. Serve hot.
