Seafood Ravioli Margarita

Try something unique with this seafood margarita made with Bertolli Premium Pasta Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Bertolli® Premium Summer Crushed Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 12-oz. pkg. fresh seafood ravioli (9 large ravioli), cooked and drained*
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced (about 9 slices)
  • 2 Tbs. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a 2-qt. shallow baking dish, evenly spread 1/2 C. Sauce, then arrange ravioli in single layer. Cover with remaining Sauce. Top each ravioli with mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted. Garnish, if desired, with thinly sliced fresh basil leaves.

*TIP, for an easy one-step prep, use uncooked, fresh or thawed, frozen ravioli and bake 25 minutes or until tender.
