  • 1/2 lb prawns, cleaned
  • 2 red onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • parsley to garnish
  • 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet, combine butter and lemon juice. Very lightly season prawns with salt and pepper. Cook prawns for a minute or two on each side in the pan. In a large bowl, combine chopped onions, tomatoes and parsley. Add in prawns. Mix salad well and serve.
