Ingredients

  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 4 oz. can sliced
  • Mushrooms, drained
  • Dash of paprika
  • 1/4 D. milk
  • 1 6 1/2 oz. can cooked
  • Lobster meat, drained and diced
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and paprika in a large mixing bowl, mix well. Spoon into 4 individual glass casseroles or natural baking shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Microwave on Roast for 6-7 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Note: Can used shrimp and crab sticks instead of lobster meat. Also can used 1 1/2-2 qt. casserole dish instead of individual glass casseroles.
