Ingredients

  • 12 oz. box fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 1 10-3/4-oz. can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 14.5-oz. can Italian diced tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 6-oz. can white crab meat
  • 1 6-oz. can small shrimp
  • 1 7-oz. can mushroom pieces
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook noodles as directed on box. In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and garlic until onions are soft. In large bowl, mix soup, tomatoes and milk. Pour into skillet and heat to boiling. Add crab, shrimp and mushrooms. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and serve over noodles.
