Fun flavors of Doritos chips, Ranch Style Beans, and two kinds of cheese come out in this beef casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Ranch Style Beans
  • 1 C. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
  • 1/2 bag cheese flavored Doritos

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Crumble Doritos in the bottom of a casserole dish and layer with beef, cheese, beans, soup. Top layer should be Doritos and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
