  • Fritters:
  • 2 T. caster sugar
  • 2 C. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 C. pumpkin puree, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ C. milk
  • Frying oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Caramel Sauce:
  • 1 C. cream
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ C. syrup
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt flakes

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Mix all of the fritter ingredients until you have a smooth batter. With a teaspoon label the batter mix into the frying pan. Repeat the process until all of the batter is used. For the sauce combine all of the ingredients in a pan over a stovetop and let it simmer. Drizzle the sauce over the fritters and enjoy!
