  • 1 loaf French bread, cut into slices
  • ΒΌ C. olive oil
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 T. oregano

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Add in tomatoes and bacon; toss well and sprinkle in Parmesan. Refrigerate for a few hours to absorb flavor. Line your bread slices on a baking sheet and broiler for a couple of minutes until toasted. Spoon tomato mixture onto slices and serve.
