Sensational Shrimp and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1½ lb Cooked Shrimp; Cleaned, shelled, deveined and cut into 1" pieces
- ¾ cup Rice
- 1½ cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Chopped Carrot
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
- ⅛ tsp Salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make rice according to directions. In a large pot, combine carrot, peas, chicken broth, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Turn off heat, cover and let sit for 20-25 min. Add mixture and shrimp to rice. Stir and pour into casserole dish. Cover dish and bake for 15-20 min.
