Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork spare ribs
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs. garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp.fresh ginger, minced
  • ¼ C. honey
  • Chopped cilantro, garnish

Directions

Season the pork with salt and pepper. Cook it in a skillet until the skin browns (it’s okay if it starts to blacken). Put it in the slow-cooker with the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours.
