  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ onion, diced
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • sesame seeds
  • salt
  • pepper

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to crockpot. In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic and red pepper flakes and pour over the chicken. Cook on high for 2 hours, until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon, leaving the sauce in the crockpot. Dissolve the cornstarch in the 3 tablespoons of water and pour into crockpot. Mix the sauce and cornstarch together, replace lid and cook on high for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Toss the chicken with the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
