  • 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 quartered shallot clove
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbs. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 2 Skinned and Thinly Sliced Apples
  • 1 Cup of Tofu Cubes
  • 4 Tangerines

With a blender, add vinegar, shallot, salt, pepper, peanut butter, and sesame seeds individually
Slowly add in oil.
Take the tangerines, sliced apples, and tofu and toss together in a bowl.
Pour sesame dressing over the fruit and tofu.
Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
