- 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. mirin or rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 10 oz. packages fresh spinach
Cook sesame seeds in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until toasted. Remove from pan and cool.
Whisk together soy sauce and next 3 ingrediants; set aside. Add spinach to skillet; cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 9 minutes or until tender. Pour soy sauce mixture over spinach and toos to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
