Instead of frying or grilling your salmon, try baking it. You get a new delicious taste when it's made in the oven. This recipe includes sesame seeds as well, which will add an extra crunch to each bite.

  • 12 oz. salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Dried oregano, to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzle
  • Lemon wedges, for drizzle
  • Sesame seeds, as needed
  • Wedge fries, as needed

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Season salmon with salt, pepper and oregano.

Place salmon on a sheet pan and bake until salmon is cooked, 12 to 15 minutes.

Follow cooking instructions for wedge fries. Drain and serve on plate when finished.

Serve salmon on plate and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and top with sesame seeds.
