  • 6 Medium Shallots
  • 1 Teaspoon of Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon of Parsley
  • 2 Teaspoons of Melted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Pinch of Salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper (or more to taste)

Begin by tossing the carrots and shallots together with the thyme, parsley, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Then, place the carrots and shallots in a single layer on the foil and wrap them up tightly.
