Sharp Cheddar, Artichoke and Red Onion Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. butter or margaine
- 1 lg. red onion, sliced (2 C.)
- 1 14-oz. pkg. prebaked original Italian pizza crust or other 12-inch prebaked pizza crust
- 1/2 C. marinated artichoke hearts (from 6- to 6-oz. jar), drained, sliced
- 3 Tbs. sliced frained roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)
- 1 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 8-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Spread onion over pizza crust. Top with artichokes, roasted peppers and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.
