Directions
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt and pepper (to taste), garlic powder, and beef broth together. Can use a spoon, but it is easier to mix with hands. Separate the meat mixture and pat down into 6-8 patties. Place patties on grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on one side. Flip and place 1 slice of cheese on top each patty and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes, or until desired doneness. Cook the bacon on a pan. Let cool. Stack the cooked patty, 2 to 3 slices of bacon, and lettuce between the two pieces of bun. Serve with any side and top burger with other condiments of choosing.
