Shells with Mushrooms and Light Cheddar
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 pound large pasta shells, cooked
- 1 C. light cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C. mushrooms, rinsed
- 2 C. milk
Cook the pasta and drain. Layer pasta shells on the bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Layer with cheese and mushrooms, pouring milk over ingredients. Place into oven at 350 degrees F and cook for about 20-30 minutes or until bubbling.
