  • 2 lb. boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, minced
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, trimmed and minced
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Pinch sugar
  • Soy sauce for dipping
  • 12+ wontons

Mix all ingredients togegther with the exception of and wontons. Mix all ingredients for the filling in a large bowl. Wash the wontons with water before adding to skillet. Fill each wonton with filling and close; put on skillet and bake on each side for about three minutes or until cooked through.
