Ingredients

  • 4 lg. potatoes
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 3 tbs. oil for frying
  • Sugar to top
