  • 1 C. chicken broth
  • 4 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can beans
  • 1 sweet red pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 C. Cheddar Jack cheese

Combine the broth and seasoning mix in a bowl. Put the chicken in the crockpot with the beans. Pour the broth mixture on top and cover. Cook on low for 6 hours until the chicken is fork tender. Shred the chicken and place in tortillas. Add the peppers slices and cheese before serving.
