Shredded Mexican Pork
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, shredded
- 1 Tbs. sea salt
- 1 Tbs. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
Place tenderloin in a large heavy bottomed pot. Fill pot with water and meat. Add salt, pepper, cumin and lime juice. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cover and lower the heat to low. Cook the meat for 1 hour.
