Shredded Salsa Beef

If you love salsa you’re going to love this one. This recipe calls for chuck roast to add to burritos, taco’s or use as is on a bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 chuck roast (approximately 2 1/2 lbs)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning

Directions

Place roast in bottom of crockpot. Combine salsa and taco seasoning. Pour over roast. Cover; cook on low for 10-12 hours. Shred meat with forks. Use in burritos, tacos or on buns.
