Shredded Salsa Beef
Ingredients
- 1 chuck roast (approximately 2 1/2 lbs)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
Directions
Place roast in bottom of crockpot. Combine salsa and taco seasoning. Pour over roast. Cover; cook on low for 10-12 hours. Shred meat with forks. Use in burritos, tacos or on buns.
