Shrimp and Rice
Ingredients
- 6 oz. butter
- 1 10 oz. can golden mushroom soup
- 1 10 oz. can Ro-tel tomatoes with chiles
- 1 bell pepper, cut up
- 3 small onions, cut up
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Worcestershire sauc to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
- 6 oz. rice, cooked
Directions
Over low heat, mix together butter, soup, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Add shrimp just before serving and spoon over cooked rice.
