Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 4-5 Tbs. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- dash white pepper
- sherry
- lemon slices
Directions
Grind shrimp in blender or food processor. Combine butter and flour in saucepan. Add milk and salt and stir until thickened. Add lemon juice, hot sauce and pepper. Add shrimp and sherry (about 2 tablespoons per serving). Serve hot with lemon slice floating on top.
