Serving Size / Yield
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 C. chopped green onions
- 1 pint whipping cream
- One triangular brick of Parmesan Cheese (finely grated)
- One box of Rondella Garlic Cheese Spread
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh shrimp
Melt the butter in a deep pan, sauté onions. After sautéing the onions, turn your heat to medium low. Add the whipping cream and stir constantly. Add grated Parmesan and Rondella to your whipping cream ingredients. Stir until melted. Add shrimp and cook for about five minutes. This is served beautifully with spinach fettuccini noodles! Enjoy!
