Shrimp Macaroni Salad

A light creamy dressing makes this salad the perfect side dish for barbecues and picnics.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. cooked, cleaned medium shrimp
  • 1 C. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 C. sliced celery
  • 1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 C. French dressing
  • 1/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Cook macaroni according to directions, drain. Combine macaroni and other ingredients; toss gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve cold.
