Shrimp Orleans
Ingredients
- fresh or frozen shrimp
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 onion
- 1 lg. carton sour cream
- 1 jar mushrooms
- dash of ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
- rice
Directions
Saute onions in butter, add soup, sour cream, mushrooms, ketchup, salt and pepper. Add cooked shrimp last so they won't be tough. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Pour over rice.
