This recipe was given to me by my sister in-law. A very good recipe!

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 C. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 C. green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 C. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. parsley

Combine margarine, cheese, bread crumbs, onions, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Place shrimp in 1-qt. casserole dish and top with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degreesĀ for 20-25 minutes, or until hot. Top with parsley.

May be served with rice, baked potato, mashed potatoes and a nice tossed salad to complete the meal.

  • I think the problem is you can't use COOKED shrimp and then BAKE it for 20-25 minutes more! You only use cooked shrimp in ready eat recipes.

  • It was very good but dry -- next time I will add some clam broth to the bottom of the casserole dish.

  • Good flavor but way to dry....said to serve with rice but so dry. What did I do wrong? Followed to the T.....Also recipe said to add salt but didn't say how much. Thanks...
