Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 boiled potatoes, sliced
- 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 10 lg. shrimp, sliced
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Line the salad bowl with lettuce. Then add potatoes, capers, anchovies and shrimp. Mix together. Combine oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over salad.
